Dr. Mallika Mishra is a Scientist turned Entrepreneur and she has worked with some of the major global and Indian pharmaceuticals, FMCG and personal care companies, with specialization in research and development. Mallika started her career with Ranbaxy Research Laboratories. She then worked with the oncology division of Dabur. She later joined Fresenius Kabi, a German pharmaceutical giant. Mallika was a founding member of Vyome Therapeutics Inc., a start-up founded by a group of senior professors at Harvard. Having successfully set up Vyome Therapeutics, Mallika joined the British giant, Reckitt Benckiser, where she was a global head for a vertical. After leaving Reckitt, Mallika founded her own company. Mallika’s start-up, Luxova, has launched a range of premium skincare products developed after extensive research. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Luxova, Luxova also exports its products to countries such as The United States.
